  Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. I was impressed by his action to have barriers placed around the edges of the raised platform in the lobby. The location was perfect for our research in Insadong. I ordered room service - I appreciated the luxury appartment which I already knew, as well as the very central and convenient location. Superb view on the city and/or the mountains and the palaces area.. Upgrading given on the first stay (one bedroom to two bedrooms), which gave us even more free space. The kitchen is well equipped, so it's really possible to cook (especially breakfast, as coffee and pastries are very expensive in the whole area) So with a family, you can save money easily on this post.   Thankyou to Mr Mark of front desk..always there to assist..he speaks english and also indonesian.arranged us for my daughters skiing trip and also taxi to change hotel after 2 nites. The rooms were spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it. The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee (...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!) the hotel is about a five minute walk to the nearest metro.
