Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day. A small supermarket, two good restaurants and a very nice cafe next door and more cafes and restaurants near by. Good location in general (we almost walked everywhere) - especially good for the train station and to/from the airport. Friendly staff. The rooms on the non-smoking floor are new and nicer than the other ones! Make sure you let them.

We enjoyed the pool, the gym and discovered the roof top terrace for a quick breakfast.I would highly recommend the place for a family or simply for someone looking for a low key kind of hotel that makes you fee like you are payingthe big money. Spacious, beautiful room with all the amenities you need. Staff was always available and eager to serve--no language barriers whatsoever. The location is perfect--good for walking, close to metro, and many taxis all around. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and delicious each day. Overall, a wonderful stay for us. Very friendly and helpful staff, the housekeepers do a great job of keeping the rooms spotless. Tours can be organised through the front desk. Breakfast buffet had quite a few hot and cold options and were kept well stocked at all times. Airport and local buses are right at the front door. Well equiped with items to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Airport Bus 6005 stops right in front of Fraser Place & you can push your luggage right into/out of the lobby on level ground. Costs only KRW10,000 per passenger per trip. A good kitchenett, two bathrooms, hotel friendly for small children, big space, excellent location - everything needed is in a walking distance (lotte mart, 7-eleven, cafes, sights of interest), very friendly personnel with good english, sauna and a swimming pool,. Excellent one bedroom studio facilities (2 toilets, 2 sinks, well furnished kitchenette and household, 2 TV's, plenty of storage space etc...) outer space completely sperated from bedroom, well sought design and furniture arrangement to accommodate a small famly. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The suite was very comfortable and home like. It was warm and toasty. The location was very convenient and the shuttle was great for getting to some of the popular shopping areas. The wifi was great. Nice and friendly staff. Location is a bit far from central city ( e.g. city hall about 10 min walk). On the other hand, neighborhood is peaceful and safe. There is also a small food shop near by and few great restaurants and cafe. -Free Wifi Internet -Free parking -7 to 10 minutes walk to City Hall Subway station (Green Line no 2) -Bus no 6005 from Incheon Airport stops in front of the hotel (only KRW 10,000 to/from the Airport). The rooms were great! I got a one bedroom suite. It was more space than I could want. Everything that you need in a service apartment is there. Also there is a coffee shop downstairs. It's close to popular place like n tower , seoul station, myeong dong, gyeongbok gung. They put us into a smoking room and it smelled very, very bad. Even new bedsheeds would not make a big difference. They did not let us change the room until the third night. Rooms on the smoking-rooms-floor were a bit worn out and you could hear people in the rooms next door. Whenever you connect to the internet you have to put the name and password - a bit annoying. Please buy a new toaster... It will be great if FP provides indoor slippers which are washable. Toiletries were not supplied. There were only news stations on the TV to enjoy. They should have had one or two movie channels for English speakers. Room was a bit expensive when room was "only" basic. I also thought that using swimming pool includes to room price, but it costs more and only one person can use it one the same time (per room). -Very hot to walk to Subway Station during hot summer. Poor selections of T.V channels. Not that the hotel can help it but there are not much restaurants around...just lots of coffee shops instead. We stayed in a studio apartment and perhaps that is why the bathroom was a bit small. Elevator didnt work efficiently.I Dontknow why. Breakfast wasn't that great. The bed is a bit small and hard. Nothing. Just a detail, but they didn't fill the shower with gel and shampoo automatically. Ordered 2 baby cots months in advance but were not there when we arrived. Not enough towels for number of guests. Quite far from the nearest City Hall subway station. Needs a russian hour news channel. Wall is too thin. can hear noise from neighboring rooms. A bit expensive. There are could't have diner if you come in late. Front side rooms too noisy! Souls-proof windows should be installed ASAP. Location is a long walk from subway stations and shopping areas. Some hotel will provide mineral water every day, but I just have 2 mineral water when check in, after that no more water. Dad experience with housekeeping where room maid were used to call up fairly early in the morning(around 7~8 AM) for cleaning up and changing linens. When we asked them to come back later in the morning. They replied that they had no time later and insisted to finish their job even when we were still in bed. The hotel only gave basic neccesities like shampoo, soap, lotion and towel. The rest like shower cap, toothbrush no provided. Water only gave on the 1st day and no refill the next day, even tea and coffee also no refill if we had finished earlier. 1) Location can not be found on GPS, either by hotel name or address. You need to solve this ASAP. 2) Rooms facing the street are noisy. Sound proof need to be improved. Thank you, Thomas Liu. The pillow is too flat and too hard, they should consider changing it to a more comfortable soft pillows. We were not able to use the First Floor restaurant 2 days in a row as it was shut off for private functions. We were quite disappinted. Bed is hard like a table, the appartments are aging and it could be more clean as it is smelly. The staff were somewhat courteous and helpful on the whole. Only supplied bottled water at the first day of arrival. Breakfast disgusting not included ; noisy traffic ; we can hear neighbors and feel smokers from the air con.
