The hotel upgraded me to a suite and the room was huge! The beds were really comfortable and the staff is very friendly. There is a coffee shop and a burger place in the building (the burger place even offers a tofu veggie burger!) which was great!.

Hotel was quite close to many attractions. best part was the airport limousine which picked us up right from the door step!! and good value for money. Fair value for money & was on the regular KAL Limo bus route from Incheon Intnl Airport to Seoul city - therefore a direct airport to hotel service for reasonable $$$. 5 minute walk to famaous shopping place namdeamun and 15 min walk to myongdong.24 hours of spa is at your service with an extra charge.Stuff is friendly and helpfull. There is washing machine in the room which you can do the laundry yourself. There is kal bus directly from incheon airport to the doorway of the hotel and also close to Seoul train station. It takes the shower about a minute to warm up and the breakfast is quite expensive compared to the quality that you get. The hotel could have provided us with free wi-fi, also since this was an apartment, they should ve provided a microwave oven. Breakfast facilities were not great but we found a nice bakery in the basement which was more than adequate for us. Facility not too modern, esp. the shower recess. No free in-room wifi. I wish there was a bus shuttle to take us to Seoul station or hotel shuttle from airport to hotel. The taxis have very small car boots and.were not.able.to take.more than.1.luggage. This is not.ideal during winter as we have to pack.thicker.and warmer.clothes for.the cold season. 24Th floor bar with food empty and way over price. We had a beer and coke and left. Not many restaurants nearby. Wireless was not working regularly so the daily fee was spent for service that wasn't available. Toilets got clogged with large loads. No toothbrush and toothpaste and shaving made available. The spa and fitness room were under construction. No bar. Chargeable wifi in-room. Lightings too dim. wi fi. wireless internet should be included or easier to use breakfast is good ( although expensive), but the restaurant looks like a student cafeteria. internet need to pay in the room. Two issues: 1- Break fast is not good ,even not international also price is so high as their items 2- Internet is not support in Room free like many others. Few late night restaurants close by. None. I had to pay for the toothbrush. had to pay for water. The fitness facilities are closed down, but there was no information. No taxis at the hotel. No double room avaliable as I already aksed for that in my reservation. The altitude of the reception needs to be Improved. each time i book a standerd suite it is different then the one before i think they have more than one standerd suite. I booked a suite april 2013 which had a sparate seating area and in May i booked same room catogary but the room was smaller and different. The location is little bit off from the central, since its our leisure trip, we cant really walk for half a day and walk back and come out again. Other than that, there is no local restaurants nearby, nothing to see around the hotel. I would say there are better locations somewhere else. There is not free Wifi inside the room. The lobby is the only place you can get free internet. Having a bedroom without windows is most unusual. Breakfast facility is hardly up to hotel standard, poor value for money. Our room wasn't cleaned, the gym and spa was under construction so unavailable but that wasn't advitised, communication between staff was awful,. The towels provided were old and tared. Everyday they were not changing the toiletries like shampoo, soaps etc. coffee maker was there, but did not every day they kept the coffie powder. So room maintain acne to be improved. No face towels Staff wasn't too friendly Workout room/Sauna closed. Picture isnt same as posted. Bathroom looks old. Once our room cleaned some time they miss put paper or tissue. In somecase they just forget to put towel. Receipation english is not very good. One person was good. Amenities for bathroom was limited. The girl in the front desk who entertained us was not friendly and not accomodating. no wifi in the room. We had to change the room 4 times because the toilets were not cleaned properly. We settled in the 4th room only because we got tired of moving and not because the toilet was clean. We asked housekeeping to intervene when we couldn't take it anymore. Although the bathroom was large it was shabby. The shower head had been replaced by a plastic one. I had no desire to use the bath as it just didn't look clean. The sofa in the room was shabby and the whole room in need of updating, cleaning and modernising!. Toilets are poorly designed with no slope for water to Floor. Water would drip on feet while using wash basin Room Doors made of Solid Steel, gives the impression of entering jail No smoking rooms having full Ash Trays no Painting or decorations. Nothing at all.... Need complete renovation, poor breakfast, free wi-fi in the lobby only. An absolute toilet of a hotel, filthy hallways and room. My wife and I arrived after booking a suite for 3 nights and didn't stay even 1 night. Do not be fooled by the photographs of the rooms. If you're there for a lads night out and sharing it may tick the box but otherwise avoid.
