  It's about 10 min walk from two subway stations, 30 min to the center. The hotel room was clean which was my condition when finding a hotel. I saw many hostels/residences in Seoul and it was difficult to find one that was affordable, nice and clean. The room was not very big but for a week it had everything we needed: own bathroom, fridge, two b... what people say » ig wardrobes and a kettle. We arrived early and the receptionist let us check-in two hours earlier which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned - They staff was amazing always greeted me very respectful Its very close to everything I cant say enough about how well they treated me the room was excellent well money spent will definitely go back!!

  The owner and his assistant were very friendly (kooik and shawee). The place was value for money, and good location. It was quite in a steep hill, but I didn't mind the exercise. And very near myeongdong station and namsan tower. Very cosy traditional korean matresses, very warm in the room though outside was freezing. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus! The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

  The host Sanghee Kim is very warm and kind. Great hospitality and she waited and greeted us when we arrived instead of sending someone else. She even gave us a free ride to Lotte World and lend us her scarf due to cold weather. She will attend to our needs or calls at anytime. But have to climb hilly road for 100 metres but it is not material as there are lots of hilly road and climbing long stairs in Seoul. Have - Owner of the property is a really gentlemen. He waited for us all the day & when we reached near property he came to receive us on main ittewon road. Gave us his cell phone with sim for local calls. Apartment was nice equipped with all amenities. We were in home away from home.

  The service is beyond compare. Nancy, the manager made us feel at home and even gave a small token for our little boy. We were allowed to check in very early in the morning and were offered breakfast immediately. Free flowing coffee, tea and water, simple yet more than adequate breakfast, fresh towels everyday, comfy beddings, early check-in, airp... what people say » ort transfer at a reasonable cost, heated flooring, high-tech bidet, large bathroom, large closets, and above all these, cordial and helpful staff. Th - NANCY and staff is very very helpful. They went all the way to help us arrange our trip to ski resort. Speaks very well mandarin and English. Location is very convenient, just 5 minutes walk to myungdong. Simple breakfast but good enough. Too bad we had to cut short our trip due to situation back home. Will definitely stay again.
