  Very pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Generous simple complimentary breakfast. Room was simple, yet complemented by drinking machine, PC, TV, spa and array of toiletories. Plenty of eateries nearby but not for shopping. We hopped on to train to Seoul CBD with not much hassles.

  The hotel was in an excellent location - 20 yards from Yeoksam subway station. There were lots of good value cafes and restaurants very nearby. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable.   The staff were very friendly and all of them spoke English. If you did your homework, searching for this place won't be difficult. But a previous comment helped me on the arrival so I will try to help in describing how to get there.   The owner and his assistant were very friendly (kooik and shawee). The place was value for money, and good location. It was quite in a steep hill, but I didn't mind the exercise. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And it has all the basic amenities you need. The staff are very are very friendly & helpful esp Kooik & Christine. Warm and friendly staff is definitely a bonus! The way to the guesthouse is very steep but it is just a 5 mins walk to Myeongdong station and the shopping district. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay there again!

  The host Sanghee Kim is very warm and kind. Great hospitality and she waited and greeted us when we arrived instead of sending someone else. She even gave us a free ride to Lotte World and lend us her scarf due to cold weather. She will attend to our needs or calls at anytime. But have to climb hilly road for 100 metres but it is not material as there are lots of hilly road and climbing long stairs in Seoul. Have - Owner of the property is a really gentlemen. He waited for us all the day & when we reached near property he came to receive us on main ittewon road. Gave us his cell phone with sim for local calls. Apartment was nice equipped with all amenities. We were in home away from home.

  We have stayed at this hotel twice and are planning to stay there again when we visit Seoul. Very clean rooms. Very friendly staff that speak enough English to answer your questions. Free Parking. It is tricky to find the first time, but GPS found it. Very close to the subway, starbucks, GS 25, and restaurants. They also restock the fridge with ju... what people say » ice and water every day. The computers in every room with Wi-Fi is a big plus. - The staff at the front desk is so nice. They can also speak English and very kind to provide additional service for tour. The locatio is also convenient. The subway station and bus sation are only 3-5 minutes away by walk. For more than 3 persons, it is better to take a taxi. The taxi fee to Ming-Dong or Dongdam-Men is only 4,000-5,000 won.
