  Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. The room is huge even for 5 of us to stay and it's so homely & well tho... what people say » ught and designed - a separate tatami sitting area with daily Nepresso coffee provided and facial masks. Though breakfast was not included but for usd - Very close to the Metro line and shopping centres. Hotel staff were very efficient and attentive. I booked a family room for myself and my two daughters and we were all very pleased with the space, comfort and design of the room. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

  The location was great and the staff were really \friendly. The bed was comfortable although their were only two pillows and we like two each they quickly organised two more for us. The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.   Stayed here for a 2 week holiday. Don't let the small alley fool you, this is a top-notch hotel right in the heart of the most prestigious part of Seoul. The Hotel looks very nice, all the interior is very neat and modern, very clean as well, felt like I was in a very high quality residence. The staff are very nice and very helpful, speak English ... what people say » pretty well at the lobby. Whenever I needed something they were able to help very quickly and efficiently. My room was ninja cleaned every day regardl - Staff: The staff was very friendly and explained everything properly - how to use the laundry machine, how to use the computer, the tv, the spas, the wi-fi, etc. They even accompanied us to the limousine airport bus stop to make sure we would find it. They gave us maps of the city and suggested places to visit. Honestly, top notch excellent service. Amongst the best services I ever had. Room : The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a jacuzzi and sets of cream, lotions, hair gels, etc.
