Love the Plaza! The staff are so friendly, the location is fantastic and the rooms compact but comfortable. You can tell the class of hotel from the Hermes toiletries and the Nespresso coffee machine alone - not to mention the Eric Kayser pastries for breakfast. all reviews » The location of the hotel is excellent, right on top of metro station city hall. walking distance to Myeondong area. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very clean, modern, comfortable and ideally located right in the heart of Seoul. Close to all major shopping and public transport at doorstep. Breakfast doesn't have many choices, room doesn't have toothbrush, need to pay for it. A little bit noisy of the air conditioner at night. Was recommended a Chinese restaurant as being best in the hotel. Was quite expensive and some of the food was disappointing compared to other top class Chinese restaurants. Others have much classier utensils, plates and superior food. Small rooms, I booked an executive suite and it was the size of a standard room and not worth the money. The swimming pool locker room in annext is way to small, it could hardly accomodate 3 people. Location not good for going out in the evening. For the size of room the price was very high, not sure it was worth it this time. Hotel F&B very expensive. More English shows on tv would have been better. The restaurant prices. Guest room too small for the price to pay. Pool and gym are a little dated and in a separate (but very close) building. Food very expensive. Facilities and room space vis-a-vis room tariff. The rooms very small. Small lobby. Too far to 5 star hotels of europe or china. The bed in the middle of the room. The fact that the room is very small. The fact that the selection for breakfast was not large enough. check in staff was not helpful.
