Conveninet location. Service on the Club floors. The price level at Pierre Gagnaire is very fair. The food quality is good, but the staff is not sufficiuently familiar with the demands of fine dining service. The restaurant manager Alexandre is perfect for the job. best location in Seoul, near subway, department stores, foodcourt, shopping areas We had a good staying in this hotel, especially the front desk allowed us to checkin early at 7h30am in the morning when we took a night flight from Hanoi to Seoul.

A good Arabic restaurant is close by in ibis hotel which was important for us. Having enjoyed some of the best hotel SPAs, saunas in Japan and Bangkok, I must say that Lotte hotel's fitness centre (including saunas, bathing facilities) is one of the best in the region. The prices in the Japanese and Korean resturants in the main building are far too high in comparison with Gagnaire. I would expect the music on the Bar @ 35th floor to be more like a bar than a coffee shop! Foods at the hotel are pricy. Food was mediocre and sparse in executive lounge; bathroom amenities and set up were dated; only 3 chairs to sit in huge lobby; having to wait outside in the cold for airport bus. nothing. The room is too dark, should add additional lighting points for it to be brighter. The new wing lobby area had some foul smell which is not very pleasant. The room rate of the hotel is also a bit too pricey. My company ( bp ) have corporate discount rate in Ulsan and would be good to also have discount in Seoul which I am sure would attract more people. The spa service was not as great money for value. Fpr hotel prices I expect a more grand experience. I tried the 90 minute full body massage. I would recommend going to local massage places outside the hotel !. Really my only and worse bad experience was with the air conditioning, it will never cool the room less than 23 C, they tried to help with other room but it seems all hotel rooms are the same for energy saving policy. At the end I requested a fan to help it. The quality and options of westren food in the hotel restuarants and room menu. Nothing that I didn't like about the hotel. -Furniture & room is old fashioned -Too expensive. Nothing. Bed was not the most comfortable. Room was a bit small. Pretty expensive especially in high season!!!. could have more outdoor facilities inthe hotel, such as terrace bar, outdoor swimming pool and etc. The gym is so small, but I heard it's only temporarily because the original gym is under renovation. n/a. the air-conditional are terrible lousy (SO HOT) although i complaint, maintance officer come also can't fix the air-cond.. 3 days i stay i can't hav a nice sleep.. The prices for food and beverage were outrageous. The air conditioning was too warm in the middle of the night despite switching the air conditioning to the coolest and with an electric fan. Did not have a good night sleep during the entire stay. The fitness facility , spa and swimming pool was on repair . If we know this in advance we would book other hotel ,. Like to see more English speaking staffs. Can not change room from twin room to double room. A little bit old in new wing. The front desk staff were curt and cold. Probably English is not their first language, but I find this unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The swimming pool facility was closed and we were not informed on your website. We chose to stay there partly because of the swimming facility and were terribly disappointed when staff told us it was closed for renovation. It's costly to stay there too!. I stayed in the main wing and was disappointed to see the quality of the room: badly damaged furniture, holes in the bed sheets, smelly carpets. I would not stay in the main wing again - maybe the new wing is better.
