I enjoyed a very high level of service. Everyone from reception/room and restaurant staff have been very helpful and attentive. The hotel rooms are in good condition , clean and nice view . Good breakfast buffet. We went to this hotel and It was our best holiday ever. Beautiful room, food was great also the service was 100% . Staff is really great and very friendly.I hope to return to this hotel this summer.

Rooms are fine (nothing special, but all you need is there). Location is ok, close to the center of Wadi Musa. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Nice Reception area. The hotel is about 20-30mins walk to Petra. The rooms were clean though not quite as luxurious as the website described. The showers were weak, leaked and had a single water temperature - not the spa bathroom I was expecting. The staff were helpful and moved us to a different room when there was a problem with the safety deposit box. Breakfast was an extra jd6 which we didn't have. The view was great though. It is worth the price as it is cheap. It's warm but not too hot, there's hot water and I slept eell. At least it was pretty clean. The location isn't good at all if you are visiting Petra (petra is at the bottom of the valley and the hotel is in the upper side of wadi musa), but it's ok in the city center. We had a little problem at payment time and the staff answered in bad manners, but after resolving it everything was perfect again. the toilet seat wasn't clean in our room and the bed was a little springy. The location was further away from Petra than we pictured. Expensive breakfast. - The tour guide member of staff trying to sell us tours at every opportunity, even at 1am when we had just arrived after 12 hours of travel. - It's a bit of a walk to Petra, at least a few km and all steep uphill walking on the way back. Just the toilet chair broken. Nothing really to complain about for a short stay :). Nothing to mention here. sometimes language communication was a problem but not insurmountable. a little away from petra entrance. breakfast was not ready at 06/30 even though we told them that we wanted to leave early. we got some simple sandwiches. we did not realize that we had to sit there for them to go and prepare breakfast, as we saw in another hotel in Amman. - Although near eating places, its a bit of a way to the Petra entrance and taxis are somewhat of a rip-off in Wadi Musa. - the breakfast needs to be improved - at the least, fresh (arabic) bread would help. The walk down to Petra takes about 30 minutes. You'll not walk back after a day walking in Petra (a taxi should cost around 3JD). Rooms and furniture need renovation. Extra charge for bringing kids was too expensive! Location not close to Petra and there are no attractions nearby. Worst breakfast in the world! Food cold, no taste and not very clean kitchen. The hotel is good but it is a bit far from the Petra gate, around 20min walking distance downhill and u need a taxi up to the hotel. The rooms weren't as smart as I was expecting, we tried 3 rooms and had to get an engineer out before we got a working safety deposit box. It feels like it used to be grand but no changes were made since 1983 and it has slowly died on thr spot. It's nothing like what you see on the photos, it's very old. TV didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, there were electrical wires hangin on the wall. Staff was not very friendly. We payed 6JD for a very poor breakfast. The staff was highly uncooperative. We were a group of friends with both guys and girls and some were staying in a different hotel and the staff over there dint allow to visit the room and created a nuisance. Moreover this is the first hotel in the world, which they state that according to rules, it is not allowed to eat or drink inside the room. My recommendation is to completely avoid this place altogether as there are better hotels at cheaper price in Petra.
