I love this place as it s easy to access by subway which is not far. You can walk within 5 mins to station. The room is not that small as i used to stay in Tokyo.They offer you with Kitchenette with is good for your staying. 7-eleven and convenience store is in 3 mins walking distance. It s value for money.
Having our own little kitchenette was brilliant, there is a supermarket
down the street which is very convenient. Free coffee in the lobby. Room
was a decent size by Japanese standards. Lots of restaurants and subway

The room had everything we needed. Just a couple of blocks from station. Super fast wired internet. high def tv. Quiet neighborhood. comfy bed. Perfect for young couples searching for a base to explore tokyo.
NINGYOCHO is a GREAT neighborhood and hotel location is just perfect (JR stations and Asakusa & Ginza line at 7min).

Not that easy to find at the fist time but when you found it, it s very easy to find.
Room was a bit dark as our window looked out onto another building.
We liked everything but if you are too tall or big you wont feel comfortable in the tiny shower. Im 175cm tall and managed greatly tough.
- Few nice restaurants around the hotel on the evenings.(Several wonderful and cheap izakayas for lunch though!)
- Room was smelling smoke (non smoking room booked).
I wouldn't define this a real hotel, but more a residence. The room
is quite small (but probably normal for japanese standards), with the
bed only 110cm wide, so can be tight for a couple. There is no room
cleaning (a vacuum cleaner can be found in the room, fresh towels can be
requested free of charge from the reception), but no need to clean when
leaving. Only wired internet in the room.
