The location was good, also they provide lots of free stuff like tea.
Really kind staff, lots of free amenities, and great decorum.
clean, friendly staffs, and cheap in price.
I like its location which is so close to subway station and to JR station (Japan Rail train), also that it's surrounded with Lawson, 7-11 shop and other minimart, which is very convenient. There's an umbrella shop right down this hotel which sell cute umbrellas cheaply (because it's actually a retailer but as tourist I was allowed to buy just 1 umbrella).

The hotel is close to a JR station and very central to Tokyo attractions. It was budget-priced.
Best Location, very closed to subway station.
Good location, specially great access to and from Narita and Haneda airports (cheapest direct train). Walking distance from Akihabara (15-20 minutes). Air conditioner in the room.
Paper walls, I heard a skype call in Japanese until 1am.
Shared bathroom where there's one common bath room (onzen-alike) with max. 4 people in the room. It takes long time to wait for the turn to shower.
The elevator stop working after 11pm, so when we arrived from the airport around midnight we had to climbed onto the 5th floor with our luggage. It was a pain.
The staff dont really speak English, it was frustrating to ask questions to them. The signs on things in this hotel are all in Japanese, so we were rather clueless.
One of our rooms stank of stale tabacco and 2 had no windows, so felt claustrophobic. Arriving late at night, we had to climb the stairs to the hotel on the 5th floor with our bags.

Very small room (had to put the trunk on the bed in order to open it). Paper-thin walls. Elevator doesn't work from 11pm to 6am (and it's a 5th floor).
