Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright. Good bed. Try to get an ocean view room, it is a little more expensive but the night view is worth every penny. The room has a accessible balcony, which.
all reviews » This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again. We loved our room at this hotel. Although the carpet was a bit grubby. We had good views , but could have been better if we had possibly paid for more. We were offered harbour or garden views. The views from the front of the hotel on the boardwalk area were amazing. The best thing about the hotel is its view. It has a wonderful view of the city and Tokyo bay. The room was very clean and comfortable even for 3 adults. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed staying there and would stay again if we go back to Tokyo. When we first arrived there was a foreign staff, he was a little impolite. Bad first impression we got there. The hotel is rather outside of center Tokyo. You may need to take several train to get to places. But the station is right next to the hotel so if you dont mind extra 10-15 mins of extra ride, this is no issue for you. Most of the Staff are friendly but one of them is very rude. Aircon is not cold at all and they do not bother even you have make a complaint. The location is not convenience to city. why the Hotel guest can not us the swiming pool free? I will never stay this hotel in future.
