Staff very helpful and fluent in English and Japanese (as well as Mandarin); really eager to help. Just a short walk from Ikebukuro station and near a 7-11 and small bakery, so breakfast is never far away. Free tea and coffee, coin laundry in the back. It was easily accessible once you knew where it was and there are some good places nearby. The room has a bit of traditional Japanese style and you can move things around to make better use of the limited space.
