The hotel is located very conveniently at the Railway Station - Osaka Uhenomachi . The Bus to & from Kansai Airport is very convenient and cost efficient compared to a taxi. Rooms are comfortable. The staff - both at Reception & Housekeeping were the most professional & polite I have seen anywhere. Reasonably priced. Friendly service, clean large comfortable room as we had the super king room. It was lovely. The location was fantastic as there were two train lines running just beneath and the shuttle bus to the Kansai Airport was at its doorstep. The shopping complex and multiple restaurants next door at Kintetsu was also very convenient!.

The room was humid & hot ! We request to upgrade to higher floor. We were already on the 9th flr, in the afternoon the air in the room was stagnant, breathless even though the little small window gap was open. My husband also got his asthma!. Bathroom ceiling started dripping water, we were given choice to stay in the same room or switch the room. We expected it to be the same price, but the new room was more expensive even though there was very little difference compared to our old room. none. Additional charge for fitness center. Didnt get much of a view from our room. Hotel occupancy is high as a result we only can check in after 2pm (we arrived at 8:30am). Their business market is mixed, you can see SQ crews. Two days before we check out, we saw a big high school group student check-in. Luckly they wasn't same floor with us. Bathroom is clean but design is more than 10 years old. expensive breakfast and paying access to pool. The staff are like robots. They don't show any emotions, let alone ask about how your stay was. Everything in the hotel is highly overprised. 1000 yen for a cup of coffee, 1050 for the pool, 2300 for breakfast... Clearly a business hotel. You feel like a number, not like a guest. This hotel is not an original sheraton hotel, and if you expect the sheraton service, you'll be dissapointed. Nothing. smoking in public areas made non smoking smell. The hotel does not have a room service menu! I think that it is because ther is an Italian restaurant in the hotel building and ther are a number of restaurants walking distance from the hotel that are open until late at night. A 24 hour convenient store is also across the street!. The ridiculous price to use the pool or gym. But they didnt credit my spg points as they said i booked via letsbookhotel.com! I think thats not fair!. Hotel is aging and needs refurbishment. Not in the Centre of the City. the pillow is not very comfortable...others are great!. no free water, tea or coffee in room. One hour to check in. Reception was under the control of three trainees with one staff member supervising all three. We booked the premium room and it was a tiny room with a poor view of the back of apartments. This hotel is not to a Sheraton standard. Room furniture was tired, very bed bed, weired smeel, dusty, the bathroom seemed from other century, window opened only for 5cm and on the window was some folia so the view was blurry. Would not recomend that hotel to anybody, shame for Sheraton.

There is an additional admission fee for both the indoor swimming pool and Miyako Health Club. Most rooms are non-smoking. Smoking rooms are only available upon request. Eu restaurant's breakfast buffet includes some Halal menu. The pool is open 08:30 - 21:00 (last access 20:30). The sauna is open 11:00 - 22:00 (last entry 21:00). Entrance fees apply to both, and access is limited to persons of 12 years and older. Guests with a visible tattoo are not allowed. Closed on the first Thursday of the month. Guests can purchase a 1-day or 2-day Kintetsu train pass at the hotel, valid for Kyoto, Osaka and Nara area. Please note that the hotel will undergo a scheduled power outage due to facility inspections and electric facilities including air conditioning, TV and fridge will be out of service on the following dates/times: 07 January 2019, 02:00-05:00 in the morning. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.
