The staffs was friendly and helpful but not really fluent in English. The location was very hard to find.I lost twice to getting there...The facilities were all very old...and the main thing is there is only staircase,no elevator... I had a very hard time carrying my luggage up and down to second floor...really bad experience...

Important information to guests

Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the guesthouse must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 22:00. Guests must inform the hotel in advance of their check-in times. Please update the guest house if expected arrival times change. Late check-in after 22:00 is available for an additional charge. Guests are asked to call the property staff from the phone at the front desk to check-in after 22:00. The Single Room feature rooms with tatami (woven-straw) and Japanese futon bedding, or rooms with Western bedding. The hotel will allocate a room type to the guest on arrival; room types are subject to availability. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.
