The staff is friendly & polite. The receptionist repsond effectively to our enquiry with acceptable English speaking ability. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to bus station so that make it easy accessible to all kinds of train station. The staff was lovely, kind, and unfailingly helpful. They were able to direct me to every place I needed to go. The subway station is three blocks away with a five minute ride to Kyoto Station. The bus stop in front of the hotel will get you to most of the major attactions.
