Location-next door to Hiroshima station (Shinkansen side). Take the North exit and you'll see the hotel. Very convenient for train. Also easy for getting around Hiroshima by electric tram, but you need to walk to the south exit. Hotel-new, tasteful decor, especially the lobby. Staff-very polite, very attentive, very professional. No problem using English. Room-probably one of the biggest hotel rooms in Japan. I had the king size room and the room and the bed are the same size as the ones in Sh.

Ask at reception about a discount for breakfast our daughter got y400 off through them. The location is under 5 mins from Hiroshima station (out the back, not the tram side). You can't hear a thing .. Oh our daughter was in the room opposite and she heard one train about 7am. If you can stay here for your stay in Hiroshima .. In my opin. Excellent restaurants at the (similar) hotel across the station carpark made up for it though!. Shame that the internet access was paid for-- the only one of 11 hotels in which I stayed in which it was not free. Also the glass of (not actually) 'fresh' orange juice in the lobby-- a mouthful for the equivalent of £10. Ouch. There was no free wifi in the room, you had to pay 1050 ienes for it. There was free wifi in the lobby, but was very dificult to use because the lobby was always crowded and the internet was very slow. In the first night our pillow was dirty, with lipstick on it (but when we asked to change, they did it and apologised). You need to pay if you want to use the swimming pool. The breakfast was really overpriced for what it offers. They charge 1,500 yen just to use the pool. Spa was only a foot and a half deep. The lounge chair in the room looked like they tried to clean it. But still looks horrible, like it was covered in bodily fluids. We ate in the restaurant for super and the service was quite slow (23 Oct). My husband's order was wrong and we had to wait another 15 minutes for just soup to arrive! Wasn't impressed. The bathroom is inside of the room, it's fashion but difficult to use it without disturbing others' sleep. Supplements for email (and only for 3 devices) and swimming pool. Restaurant quite expensive, especially for coffee or breakfast. nothing. The toilet seat is not heated (very important in Japan)... No free internet (wired or wifi), which is quite common in other hotels in Japan. Charging for wifi or cabled Internet access is unusual in Japan. Nothing, great hotel !. Had to go up an elevator, then across the hotel to the lobby and then up another elevator to the room Additional cost for the pool Must wear a bathing cap in the pool. You could rent one for an additional cost. Having to pay for wifi. free wireless only at the lobby. No wifi in room. Had to pay to use pool! This was a bit rich. See through bathrooms-hard to get used to. 700 yen for a coffee. I have never been asked to pay for a SWIMMING POOL in any hotel anywhere and for that level of hotel internet should be included. 15.00 to use the pool!!! no thanks. none. It didn't have internet on the rooms. It overlooks the station and Hiroshima station is not pretty! You have to take a taxi to get to the main sites. The SPA is extra. The breakfast wasn't as good as other hotels.
