I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was perfect. It is located very near to Nakata station. The bus from Tenjin station to Nakata drops you right outside. This is a really high standard hotel for Japan. Really comfortable and clean. Free wifi too. Amazingly close, yet not TOO close location from Hakata station. The restaurants recommended were really good overall in serving fusion cuisine at a reasonable price. The room was very comfortable while the bathroom tub was super clean.
all reviews » It was not expensive than I thought. I reserved duoble room with my friend and we paid 4200¥ which is ideal price for young people who don't have much money. Room and bathroom are very spacious unlike most hotels in Tokyo & Osaka. Situated along major road and very easy to find. Excellent location just a short walk fr the train station. Reasonable room size for a couple. So convenient as near shops and train station. Staff very friendly and great service. Nice rooms for Japanese standards, good bed, great value for the price i paid. The walls in the room need to be repainted, the lampshade and duvet were discoloured. My room smelled like smoke although I requested a non smoking room. There were hairs from the previous guest in the bath. Arrived at 1 and could not check in until 3. A bit far away from Hakata Station. It takes almost ten minutes to walk to the station with luggage. Room is small. Breakfast is not buffet type. no wifi and air-con (air-con= heat ) in room, felt so hot even in Feb. We need a fan to make us feel better. Room is small for a couple. Smoking from neighboring room gets into our room. Staff does not understand English.
