Comfortable hotel, well located for ¥100 bus to both Tenjin & Hakata stations. Front desk staff were very helpful in arranging for my wife to receive emergency medical attention at a local hospital late at night and in organising a taxi to get us there. Good breakfast which I thought was fair value at ¥1500. I loved this place! It was only about a 7 or 8 minute walk from hataka station and it is right by the huge shopping center of Canal city. The rooms are a decent size, not too small, which is saying a lot in Japan. The staff was very nice and the free hot spring was lovely! I would definitely stay here again!.

The place would have been good enough with the onsen on the second floor and the clean rooms. The location was perfect near Hakata Station and Canal City allowing us to save renting a car. This hotel is in a prime location in Fukuoka, very close to the main Hakata Station as well as the Canal City Mall. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly and the in hotel Onsen is superb. Free water in the room and complimentary Ramen at night are great bonuses. The location of this hotel was excellent, right by Canal City, and easy for buses and subway. Our room was pleasant, with the small space used intelligently to maximise storage and relaxation space as well. The spa areas were very good, one of this chain's strengths. Compact but everything is there, I strongly would like to recommend this hotel, onsen on the 2nd floor was also very nice! I'll surly come back there;). By far, the best place we stayed in Japan. Onsen is inside while the hotel design is trendy. Free ramen is served every night. The hotel itself is located just right behind canal city shopping mall. Hakata station is about 10 minutes by walk. I would have preferred no TV in the public bathroom, but this is only a minor criticism. The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. It was expensive and not very good but there are plenty of places to eat nearby so just pass on it. Nothing. As is usual in Japan, there is no possibility of checking in early (before 3 pm), though they will helpfully check your luggage and put it in your room when you return. ... Small, but i didn't care!. As we were travelling with an infant, we really needed a bath in the room (which I though there was when booking). This is the only thing I can fault this hotel on. PCs in the lobby set for Japanese language only. Could use it to check-in online for my next flight, but I couldn't print the boarding passes. Printing costs 20yen per page. Room was abit small but it is like this in most japanese hotels. The blanket is too thick for summer time but the problem was solved for I removed the inside and used the blanket cover only. Couldn't be better^^. small as expected in Japan; only WIFI in lobby. Wifi signal in the guest room is poor.
