HoweverI don't want to think so. except that everything was pretty good. breakfast. maybe some scrambled egg instead of just boiled egg and plain croissants. not to put meat next to cheese. think of the non meat eater.Needs wine glasses and wine opener in room. The bathroom: there was leak from the ceiling. The ristorante part downstairs was way overpriced and did not explain that there is a cover charge to sit down, every piece of bread ate would cost extra and service charge on top of this. Restaurants further away were alot better priced and all inclusive prices shown. No after hours food service or tea/coffe making facilities in room especially when you arrive on delayed flight at midnight. The "free "tour to milano ( offered by the hotel )... go.. But dont buyanything.. I bought a vase for 200 euros and saw it in venice for 70euros! What a scam!. would like to have had an iron and board in the room plus tea/coffee making facility, 4 star hotel should have robes to wear.Little on the expensive side. Breakfist not that great. The only English channel was CNN and we watched news the whole night!. I missed the internet connection/w.lan in the room, (in the lobby you could connect with password for free, though). Rooms were very small, especially the triples.equipment of toillet - no body milk etc., no glaces for drinking at the room., small space for breakfest (restorant and bar). Breakfast had limited selections for continental breakfast.We arecurrently staying at similar priced hotel as in Venice where thebreakfast outstanding.Hotel at this price should be better. The room was too small. The business centre was so poor and the facilities were too weak. The hotel was overheated. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and easily became smelly. There was a bit of an overwhelming perfume in the corridors.There was no room for knees when sitting on the toilet! No tea or coffee making facilities.The air-conditioning is operated from the reception desk; it means thatevery time we wanted a change we had to call teh reception. I don'tthink this is appropriate. The showering facilites were very poor. there was no ironing services on sunday night. No bar,no restaurant, internet 8 euro/hour, breakfast only ok staff cannot boil water for tea, over priced hotel for " bed and go ".
