The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room is outstanding. They were very helpful in helping us to track down our lost luggage. This is a bare-bones hotel but provides all the necessities - a private bath, comfortable beds, an elevator, breakfast and a convenient location next to Termini. Clean and quiet room.The air conditioning was very welcome and the location was perfect: 100m from the central station and with several good restaurants just across the road. The room was also exceptionally neat and clean.

No lobby to speak of where I could meet with a guest, nor were guests permitted to enter rooms. the enviornment outside is not good. there are several hotels in the same building.Rooms are very small, you have to pay a deposit for TV remote control and key safe, The TV is hanged on the wall about 8 feet fom ground it is very difficult to watch If you are using the room for sleep only that is alright. Very small breakfast (one croissant, glass of O.J.,small coffe,you wouldbe hungry after an hour); no kitchen facilities (no mugs, no kettle);some personel has very poor English; heating only in the evening, it wasbit cold during early mornings; very basic rooms; reception on the 4thfloor; four hotels in one building but Ive heard its normal.Hotel staff are not helpful and no enough experiance to serve better. it was the worse I had ever had. There was a smell in the bathroom. I could not take a shower properly, the water is too hot or too cold. This very hot water was not flowing, but almost droping, and after a while, it was exhausted totally! the water was flowing out of the bathroom, even out of the room to the hotel corridor! the room was decorated very poorly and cheap. for example, there was no. staff and the hotel is not clear enouch. Hotel pictures in the website are not a true image of how the rooms look when you see then in person. I booked a room for my family of four and it was not big enough to accommodate the four of us. We had four old metal frame beds and one of the beds was broken. The hotel offered free wireless internet but it never worked during the time I was there, they said sometimes the internet doesn’t work.

Travelling information

From Fiumicino airport take the direct train to Termini station. It runs every 30 minutes and takes half hour.
From Ciampino airport: take the shuttle bus that runs about every hour and takes you to Termini station, Via Marsala.
At Termini station take exit near platform 24 and turn left onto Via Giolitti. Take first right and we are ahead 50 metres on the left after the first crossroads.
