The staff were excellent and very accommodating. They were more than happy to give us extra information including good restaurants to go to and ones to avoid. They were especially considerate of the prices too as we were on a budget as I imagine most people are these days. The location was fantastic too, not even a 5 minute walk from Termini Station. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The room was spacious and although the bathroom was not big, it was clean, towels were changed daily and it included everything we needed. Our room was situated next to the street, so we could hear some traffic but not very loud, we had no problem sleeping.

We choose this hotel because it is about a minute from Termin1, the main railway station. It is a budget hotel with small rooms and a tiny bathroom but it is clean, has pleasant staff and is a good value budget hotel. The location was very close to the Terminus, restaurants & tourist sites. The wifi was good and the staff friendly and helpful. The security of this place is good too and a small lift is available. We found the beds to very uncomfortable. In fact we left with bad backache. The beds were very firm and so were the pillows. But it depends on what you're used too to be honest. Also, due to the workman down the street every morning we woke up there was no water. This of course isn't the hotels fault and they did have someone fix the problem straight away but it did cause inconvenience. Why they thought shutting off the water every morning between 7am and 9.30am was a good idea I don't know!. Noisy room . The shower head in the bathroom was fixed too high, so impossible to reach and adjust, but that was a minor detail. The rooms needs updating and worn out. As our room faces the main road, it could be quite noisy. But we accepted it as we slept through it after getting use to the road noise. The network is tooooo slow during the night. Maybe a check-in earlier than 13 would be more ok. No sign outside the building. One member of the staff was also rude and made it seem like I was puttin him out by asking for my key and having him do his job. Internet connection was slow. Room was small. hard to find as it is on the second floor of a building and there is no clear signage outside. No jug in the room for morning coffee!. Wish there was air conditioning.... Nothing. Originally booked 3 rooms. There was a sewage back up and one of the rooms was flooded w/ sewage water. My friend was disgusted and checked out and left. 2 rooms stayed. When we ck'd out they tried to charge us for the 3rd room. Seems the guy working(owners son) lied and said that my friend never checked out. Thankfully "Ali" that was there when we were cking out called the owner and they agreed in the end they would not charge my credit card.. We shall see. nothing no complains. too small shower room. It has another hotel in the same building so go up the stairs to the right when you walk in. The place is fine for what it is. The bathroom was incredibly small. Only Italian tv chains. No AC, no safe. Toilet small. noisy room by the reception. The hotel is problematic at summer time. Since there is no air-conditioner in rooms, you have to make a choice: noise of the city vs. hot weather. The single room was small and the bathroom extremely so. Rome is very very hot these days but in this hotel doesnt have AC in the room just tiny fan. Room is very very small. Im short and thin person but room is very small to me . My room was exellent indeed, but for a midget! This is not a hotel, it is a backpacker place for teenagers. Avoid room 44. The stuff is not friendly. There is no conditioner, and very noisy outside the window. I would stay here in case if I did not find something else better. Small room, noisy special at midnight, not too clean. you have to climb some steps to reach the elevator, elevator is very small. No a/c Room size...very small Could have been a little bit cleaner.
