Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). Staff were helpful & attended to our requests. Breakfast was fine, shared bathroom fine (no need to wait), rooms & linen were clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is also a very basic, usable kitchen so you can reheat ready-made food. Good for a short stay.
