it was small but very clean hotel and also very close to the termini.
Near to metro, very clean room, perfect services.
the room is unexpected big and bright, and everyday's cleaning is good. The boss is Chinese and he is very nice.

Only the WiFi.
Nothing.
the location is a little hard to find and the doors can only be opened with 3 keys all together.
We arrived at the hotel and it was in an apartment buiding with no signs
and no one was there, and apparently there was a problem with the room
so they gave us a room in another hotel , the location was terible and
the room had a double bad when we asked for two single beds,..
no towels provided. no staff to meet me and when she did turn up was not helpful.
Had to change buildings as fuse blew on arrival.
Communication poor!bearing in mind i'am able to communicate in three
language. The reception very poor on arrival!.Trying to find holiday
cialdini difficult, with regards to the Chinese gentleman utilising the
same name as the (guest house opposite?poor sign posting!.
It was horrible, very unclean, actually its not a hotel, its a private flat with some rooms, fungi in the bathroom everywhere, disgusting bathroom...
It is a rented apartment, hired out as a hotel. You go to the hotel
address and they direct you to other places . There is no help for
luggage, the elevator is not on the ground floor, therefore anyone who
can't lift luggage is in trouble. Never again!.
