nearly everything. The guest comments and the rating led me to expect much less than what the room actually was. Room was neat and clean. Single rooms are small but fine. Good location, Good value for money. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant, if you know and accept that it is fine.the price is fair, the location - it is near the metro, there are fine restorantes. good position and very good facilities. Location, staff. Very friendly and helpful staff, even though we arrived late. The room was good , maybe because we were expecting much worse, given the previous reviews. Termini Station (where the shuttles from airports arrive) is quite close, and there is another Metro station just at the corner, so again very good location, which is important when you are there just for the WE. There are 3 hotels in the building and the Tre Stelle is not well marked from street - you see only Hotel Dolomity. better breakfast. As mentioned before, there are 3-4 hotels in the same building and I thought I got the wrong address because another hotel got the biggest signs... Look out for the "3S" logo of the hotel to find the good (first on left) reception desk. The only thing I could see from the balcony was the opposite dirty wall.the cleaning ladies were really rude and didn't clean our room twice because we were sleeping too long as they said. we left our room at 11 a.m. so I don't think that it was too long. So we had to ask for the towels ourselves. room is too small... towels are awful.. breakfast is also not good...There are 3 hotels in the building and the Tre Stelle is not well marked, making it difficult to find in the dark. The room was cramped, very basic and cold. There is something horrible about this Hotel. When you take the lift then you have about 15 steps to reach your floor. I had an heavy luggage and it was awful to do so many steps with it. Breakfast a bit poor. Anything else was fine.I had a torn sheet. And was not shifted for 3 days. We found the accomodation a bit rough considering it was on as three star. Generally the decore of the room was lacking. The breakfact was prety non descript consisting of bread or a cake.very poor breakfast: cafe with milk or capuccino with a piece of cake! the employees didn´t speak any other language than italian, it became very difficult to comunicate. the hotel is inside a building that has inside 2 more hotels.
