Really like this hotel, lovely rooms, lovely breakfasts and plenty of it. Staff a bit slow to bring ironing board and iron to our room but then again we were in a hurry to go to a wedding and maybe normally it would not have bothered us. Quiet rooms , convenient to access Rome history sites, near to Termini Station to walk but far enough away to be in a pleasant safe area with access to good rstaurants. This hotel was Good Value and has Good Breakfast facilities.

It was not possible to control the individual room air conditing temperature on the sixth floor - as the temperature control was made on computer in hotel reception - this control was common to 5 rooms on the sixth floor as a consequence the room temperature was often too hot . I was a little unhappy that when requesting a taxi for the airport a more expensive company was used as opposed to a regular taxi with a set charge of 30 euros. there was nothing we didn't like ...i would go back and would recommend to others. The location could have been better. The hotel could offer more TV channels in English and improve the acoustic isolation. Quite often it was possible to hear the conversation of the guests through the walls. the bathroom was on the small side ......but how long do you want to spend in the bathroom not a major problem. Location could be better. Communal areas could do with redecorating.we wanted a double room and ended up with twin beds which were slightly uncomfortable pushed together. The reception area still needs to be upgraded. One morning the water was pretty lukewarm for our showers. The machinery that lays in the inner courtyard is very noisy. The acoustic isolation of the rooms should be improved. The beds in the individual rooms are too small, about 1.80x0.60. The air-con in our room not very efficient but we were able to open the window instead. However the air-con in our son's room was fine.Some problem with hot water temperature at the morning. We had some trouble with the air conditioning that was often turnedoff, but the hotel staff was always nice and turned it back on atour request.They claim they provide cofee making facilities which were not actually there. Perhaps a small moan would be that staff are not over friendly.The air conditioning is controlled only by the man on the reception. The elevator so small.We were given one room key only, which did allow us the independence to explore away if we desired. The recepcionists are very cold and angry people (specially a woman), but the rest is good. The lifts weren't working properly (in the mornings we had to use steps for going to breakfast hall) and they gave a sudden shock before stop. You could also clearly hear persond talkingin the room next to yours. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with not enough tables. Pillows.
