B&B situated near the railway station Termini and quite close to the center so you almost don’t face the negative aspects of main station nearness. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel especially in the evening as there is no any sign on the door neither on the building, you can only find it on the nameboard with doorbells. B&B situated on the 2nd floor of the residential building. Stuff is very friendly and ready to help. Room is not big, but very clean and comfortable enough. Sani.
all reviews » We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Enjoy B&B. The location is excellent just 5 minutes walk from both the Termini Rail and Bus Stations. All the major sites of Rome are easily accessible. The accommodation was spotless and Dante was most helpful and welcoming. Once inside there was a calm atmosphere and the air conditioning was most welcome. I would recommend this establishment to anybody wishing to stay in Central Rome. The place is awesome, extremely clean and nicely decorated! Dante was an excellent host, always helpful and pleasant smiley company. Excellent location for city trips (just take Gioberti street from left of Termini, when you reach an old church, turn right, number 38 is straight after the corner - Scala A in the interior court). The room was large, modern and clean with added touches like a large bottle of water upon arrival. We stayed at 3 other hotels in Rome and this was by far the best value and provided us with the most comfortable stay. Very well situated, in walking distance from many major monuments. Very clean, the air condition is extremely welcomed after a long hot day of walking, and Dante is one of the most pleasant and helpful persons I`ve ever met!. The stuff is very nice,room is clear blight warm comfortable and breakfast is rich ,delicious,the traffic is convenient,it is a very nice b&b to stay, if we come back to Roma ,we will come to stay here again. The location are convience, but difficult to find for a new traveller, we are wrong check in to the hostel on 1/F where the room are similar, but everything are so horrible. 2. The double bed not so comfort. sound isolation to common room is poor, breakfast is standard continental. Convenient but not great location - Poor sound insulation between rooms and towards the outside. The coffee at breakfast! We could only choose between espresso and American coffee, but other options made with the espresso machine (such as latte or capuccino) would have been great. Area near Termini is rather noisly. Some street noise, but after all it is city centre Rome. Nothing. Missing bidet.
