the breakfast was rich. you have bread, coffee, milk, fruits, yoghurt and any kind of jams to choose from. stuff were super friendly and passionate. good location. just near the Santa Maria square. right from the Rome Termini train station or metro station. near all the sites. we booked a twin room with private bathroom. hair dryer inside the bathroom. Un lugar fantástico al que volvería siempre, y lo recomendaría a mis amigos. Lugar encantador, gente amable, bien ubicado, excelente calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo! Excellent place which I would like to come back and of course, I would recommend it to my friends. Vibrant place, very nice people, well located, amazing quality-price. I really suggest it!!!.

I will stay in there again. Месторасположение. Good location. The location is great - close to the Rome Termini train (and metro/bus) station. The property faces the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and is within walking distance from lots of interesting areas of Rome. Marta took the time to tell us the bus routes for the Vatican and Trastavere when we arrived, which was very helpful because it was too hot to walk there during the day. The Termini station nearby is a final stop for many buses even at night, which is very convenient. Excellent localization, close of Roma Termini. Close of sightseeing bus stop. The hostess is very nice and helpful, give us tips of places to visit and dinner. Help us to schedule the shuttle from the airport (with nice price) The room was clean and have a good space . Rooms were very spacious. The location is very good apart from a lot of noise coming from the surrouding streets. The Colloseum, the Trevi Fountain and a lot of other interesting sites are within walking distance. Being close to Termini central station. location. the address actually it's wrong. if you facing the back of the Santa Maria Church, the hotel is on your left side. No.18. : ) no air conditioner. paper wall which means you can hear people next door. the toilet is not clean enough. Breakfast can have more choices. No toast bread in the breakfast. Шум. It is a b&b, and there was nobody around to ask for information such as what the wifi code was after we had checked in. The room was very basic and not ideal for a romantic break. Apparently there was a view of the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica from the room, but we were instructed to keep the shutters closed to keep the room cool so can not confirm this - as a result, the room was quite dark even with the lights on. Luckily, we were only there for 2 nights. Internet signal works only at common area. Very light breakfast. On the first day the water isn't hot (was february / winter) my bathe was with warm water and my wife already get cold water. After complain with the owner, next day all become fine. It was a little rustic and seemed a little unorganised. We didn't get the room we booked. This room, with a wooden floor and a view on the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore whas already given to another guest. When I mentioned this to the owner Marta she responded angry at me and this website. I however didn't recieve an apology and instead felt unwelcome after this complaint. The beds are very hard, the breakfast is basic, the rooms are not very clean. Overall it's a very basic place. The rooms was dusty in corners and under the bed. In the hall dried chistmas tree was still hanginf out. The staff was very unproffessional, rude and unpolity using rude Italian words and thinking we do not understand (but we did), just because we rang the bell twice. I have never met such rude staff. staff not interested in my concerns regarding cleanliness. asked for orange juice at breakfast, told they did not have any. Everything not a hotel room no where as described breakfast basically nothing no food or drinks broken and smashed items in bedroom nothing like shown on photos family living in there bikes and stuff everywhere I could carry on avoid at all times will ruin your break for sure.
