It is nice and reasonable fro getting the required kind of accommodation.Luckily the Owner was nice and cooperative. It all depends upon the owner and the candidate.
I like it but I had bad time in reaching to the place. So, you should give clear instructions to the person who will go the hotel because they may go in nights and that will be bad experience. Since I do not know the place I went in the day time.

The B&B was in an apartment complex. They had laundry services, refridgerators and stoves for use. There were only 4 rooms in the B&B, thus it was very quiet and had a homey feel to it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Location & cost, only 3 stops from Roma termina, away from the hustle of central Rome. zona molto tranquilla e vicina alla fermata dell'autobus
camera molto pulita e ben arredata.
The only downside was that it was far away from the center of Rome and the tourist attractions. It is a brief (5min max) walk to the easy to use subway, however, inexperienced subway travelers may have difficulties.
