I loved the location right on the beach. I loved how big the apartment was. I loved the two balconies. One to see the sunrise and the other to see the sunset. I loved that the kitchen had everything you needed. I felt very comfortable and the staff were very attentive and informative. Excellent staff and a wonderful place to stay. Central beach location surrounding with bars and restaurants. The centro and the new fish markets are 15 minutes by walk, if you prefer local fresh foods and enjoy cooking. Perfect basis to discover San Marino, Emilia-Romagna or Tuscany.

Regulator of air condition was installed in inverse, the ventillator made noise when operating. Table and clothes-line was missing only from our terrace, this latter was provided a day later. The hotel is located between the lively streets, this 24-hour in-room noise from passing cars. Very noisy, could hear people in adjacent rooms, nearby bars. Blankets in closet were full of sand (obviously used on beach and not cleaned), room smelled like heavy smoke. Company that rents beach chairs directly across from hotel not very friendly, in fact very rude. However, had a great experience with #15 and would strongly recommend the short walk to better enjoy your day. no electric teapot in the room, bad Internet. internet connection was horrible, too weak and difficult to log on over and over again.
