the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were clean and cool in the heat. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. The hotel was a very short walk to the leaning tower. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was also very good. It was excellent value for money. Everything! Good connecting rooms. good sky TV. Excellent dinner at fantastic price- about half of that in Rome. Good price. Good friendly staff. good location for airport bus and the leaning tower. Only hotel with two connecting double rooms which could accomodate two children at the price of one room.
all reviews » The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we had to leave for the airport so early we were unable to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. However, they did offer us coffee and the hotel shuttle was ready and waiting to the airport at the very early time of 4:30 a.m. Staff super friendly english speakers,top notch cleanliness,excellentbreakfast buffet,massive bed,bright modern room,housekeeping nothing toomuch trouble,lovely experience.would recommend and return there.Customer service from all the staff was first class and the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall was excellent. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of food to select from. A real find, its was an easy 800 metre walk to the Domo and Tower. The room's aren't massive, but are fairly sizes,well decorated and clean. Drinks at the bar are expensive, but madeproperly. And... Brilliant breakfast - massive choice, and the scrambledeggs were delicious! We were a mixed group (aged 9 months to 77 years)and we all enjoyed our stay. She made our stay a top experience, and would certainly be a reason for us to recommend your hotel to others. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room i had was very comfortable. the hotel is close to the leaning tower and to the local rail network, making it easy to travel to central Pisa or on to Florence. the hotel as a whole is spotlessly clean and i would highly recommend this hotel.The very friendly helpful staff. We could not find the hotel and when we rang them they sent one of the staff to meet us so we could follow them back to the hotel. This was at 1am in the morning. The Grand Hotel Bonnano is within easy walking distance to the major sites of Pisa (eg Leaning Tower) and a short taxi hop (10 minutes) from the train station,. We have stayed at this hotel before, hence our return, since we were very satisfied with our first visit. The hotel is a ten minute walk from The Leaning Tower and situated in a quiet part of town. Good facilities and service. Would return again.Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and inviting. Pretty isolated and in a slightly scraffy area.The only criticism is the location of the hotel which is situated adjacent to a busy by-pass. would like coffee machine in room hotel mot the most central. Thin walls bewteen rooms. Some of the staff could lighten up a bit.One of the receptionists on shifts was ratehr unfriendly that added a slight dent to the otherwise wonderful stay we had. It would have improved our stay had there been tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

- Travelling on the A12 motorway, take the Pisa Centro exit (2.5 km).
- Take the SGC Fi-Pi-Li Darsena Pisana exit and head towards Pisa on the SS Aurelia via the A11 Pisa Nord motorway.
- Head left towards Pisa on the SS Aurelia and at the 4th traffic light on Via A. Pisano, turn left.
- You will find our hotel after 450 metres.

By Public Transport:
Take bus number 5 from the bus station (2.5 km away).

By Train:
From Pisa Railway Station, you can take a taxi to the hotel.

By Plane:
