Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. Very good location, just 5 minutes walk along Via Piave to the south from metro station Porta Venezia, 50 metres from tram No.9 stop.
We were friendly met by owner/staff Winchenco, who gave us a useful city map and explained nice places around to visit.
We were satisfied with our room, which was large enough, with small fridge, TV, regulating central heating, air refresher.
Shared bathroom with shower was very clean and it was free every time we wanted to use it.

The apartment was in a great location to the nightlife of navigli, shopping and walking distance to duomo. Marco was a very efficient and welcoming host. Nothing was a problem. They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit. I would definitely stay here again. -
