  Front desk/reception staffs are friendly and provide very helpful information about what to do and where to go - My room was comfortable and clean. There was no problem with late returns. I did not spend much time at the hotel, but used it as a base for other activities

Easy to reach city center with tram 14 - station Caneva in Piazza Carlo Caneva, 250 meters walk from Hotel going on Via Fratelli Salviori. It was in a great location- across the street from a metro station that you could get on for a 5 minute trip to the duomo, across the street from the train station and only 3 or 4 blocks from one of the longest shopping streets in Milan. There are two (at least) computers in the hall that you can use for free.
