staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. It was close to the centra station making it easy to go locations like Lake Como and even Switzerland. close to the metro station at Lima en route to the Duomo and the high end shopping. all reviews »
Location was excellent, very close to Central Station ( just a short walk ) & very easy to go to Touristic places like Dumo & shopping centers with all types of public transportation.
Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help.
Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity.
I liked my single room with private bathroom.
Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.
. Excellent location - I needed to catch the airport bus early one morning, and this was only a few minutes' walk. Ecellent location, close to main train station and city transport. Staff friedliness and cleanliness of room and other hotel areas.very central with easy access to underground,shopping and sightseeing. near the central station and metro. The attention gave by the hotel staff and the location. Near milano center station, about 10 minutes by walk. very minor, the room we had was close to the registration desk and sometimes late comers were noisy and woke me up. i went back to sleep.. The bad points in this Hotel is too much Noise coming from streets due to all types of Cars, Buses & Tram.
Also the absence of lift to go upstaris especially with a heavy Bags.
My room was not provided with a small Fridge to keep some Fruits & cold drinks.
Otherwise , I found this Hotel very reasonable and I will not only choose it for my next visit to Milan , but also I suggested it for my friends.Limited selection for breakfast and uncertainty of its cost. breakfast not included in single room rate. dirty - nails on the bed!. cost of breakfast wasnt explained fully on booking in we felt like we were being conned for the high cost of breakfast, as a result we left and ate elsewhere.The price somehow increased by 4 times from our initial advices when we sat down.other hotels we stayed at offered breakfast inclusive at a lesser tariff than this hotel .to increase cost from that advised when we sat down is not acceptable. Too small room, did not tell us that the room is not twin but a one bed room, really make us upset. The bed is small, the tv is small, everything is small. There is no lift in the hotel, so if your room is in the second floor, you need to carry the heavy cases to room by yourself. Really a poor hotel, not worth to recommend. will never book this hotel again.

- Take the Viale Forlanini exit and continue straight until you reach Viale Corsica and Corso XXII Marzo up to the junction of Piazza Cinque Giornate.
- Turn right from Piazza Cinque Giornate into Viale Premuda and continue along Viale Piave until Piazza Oberdan.
- Once you get to the square, take Viale Vittorio Veneto and continue towards Piazza della Repubblica where Via Pisani starts and leads to the central station.
