We had informed the hotel of our early arrival, so they made sure that the room was ready when we got there at 11am, which was very convenient. We had room 1, which is a triple room, and it was a very large with a double and the bathroom was quite large as well, and it was facing the garden, and it had air con, and towels were changed on a daily basis.
The room was clean, but could do with some minor repair work, such as painting, a few holes in the bathroom etc., but it was nothing that bothe. all reviews »
They were very friendly, helpful and the breakfast was clean. They were very accommodating in getting us in last minute when the hotel I originally booked informed us that they had overbooked and had no room for us. The room was small but efficiant, beds comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of fresh pastry, coffee and fruit. We even ate some fresh grapes off of the vines in the garden. Location was close to the main train station and next to the street farmers mark.
The staff is very polite and friendly. The room was clear and comfortable. Also, the rooms are news. The hotel is very close to the center and piazza Duomo, only 4 stops from metro station Lima. Somebody must walk from the hotel to go to metro only 5 minites. I suggest this Hotel to everybody.
A very simple but comfortable hotel, the staff specially Mario he always Smile ... I like that! Its easy to approach.. There kindness must be appreciated. Location is excellent. Service is great and everything is perfect.
Perfect location (not far from Porta Nuova and it is possible to get to the center on foot as well),comfortable beds, clean room. If your room does not face the street it is really quiet (that is what we got).

We are heavy sleepers and can deal with noise, but for light sleepers, it may be an issue as the walls are thin, and we could hear talking from reception and the next door room, and we could even hear when the next door room flushed their toilet. This didn't bother us at all, but may be an issue for certain travelers.

On a noisy street but not not enough to keep you awake. Wi-fi didn't work in room, had to go in Stairwell or lobby. Breakfast was very average and limited options.
One staff member was obsessed with keeping it quite when we were having a friendly char with friends over beer in the lobby and watched TV over the internet. He did not allow anybody to sit on the stairs "because of blocking fire exit" - ridiculous argument !.

This is a very noisy facility. The stairway is open, no carpet. Sounds of luggage bouncing down each stair echoes into the night. Voices echoed all night. There is no elevator/lift. The breakfast was awful, the coffee was lukewarm and was probably instant. The pastries were stale. This place should be avoided if possible. Not worth the price.
