We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. The Magenta apartment was very spacious, light and airy and a great stop for us after 3 weeks on the road. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit.
all reviews » Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon. The apartment was in a great location, clean and very spacious and full of light. The particular suite we booked also had a balcony, wh. Great Service by Silvia, although we have to check in at a different location, Silvia made sure it went as smooth as possible. Very impressed with the service. The apartments is very well located, near all the cities and attractions we wanted to see, and mainly close to all the shops. Montenapoleone is about 10 minutes walk, and so is the Duomo. The apartment was massive and at an excellent location, within easy reach of all the sights in Milan. The apartment had a kitchenette with a cappuccino machine and we could prepare our breakfast before heading out every morning. Much better than staying at a hotel!. The staff was very helpful, friendly and polite. The room was very spacious and comfortable with great kitchen. The kitchen came with free food, drinks, coffee, etc. The flat was located at the heart of Milan, right next to the shopping and gourmet district. Simply perfect!. Milan Royal Suites is great. I stayed 4 nights in Rossini suite (on Via Dell'Orso), only 5 minute walking to Duomo & Sporzesco Castle, bed was so comfortable. You must visit the office on Piazza della Repubblica. After check in, staff will take you to the suite. Staff at the office very professional and kind and helpful. Gave us ideas about what to do in Milan. The place we stayed was clean and neat and tidy. Very convenient location for walking to all of the central area activities. Highly recommend this area. Modern and Elegant Suite with all facilities,it is very near from the Duomo and the designer shops along Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga.Staff is very helpfull and friendly (special thanks for Mrs.Slvia and Mr.Stefano). It is like leaving in a house rather than a hotel, but it is suprisingly nice. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with information. The apartment was fabulous! Location. Modern decoration. There was a little rubbish left over from previous guests that was missed by the cleaning service. TIP: Look closely at check in times; the staff will do their best to accommodate you but it is not a 24/7 reception so arrivals at odd hours may cost you a fee. The aircon could work better. Milan is very hot in the summer, and the aircon didn't cool the place as we would have wanted it to. But besides that everything was just perfect!. All was perfect!. street noise, but not significant. We didn't do as much cooking as I thought we would. Probably because we didn't really want to buy the condiments that went with cooking. Would have been helpful if we could've gotten small items somewhere like a small amount of olive oil or small amount of salt pepper and sugar. So we ended up doing a little cooking but not as much. Also wasn't sure why we had to empty our own garbage. Since the cleaning woman does come in When we leave. But overall very happy. no private car parking. happy with everything!. No place to park or it is quite costly. Trams noise. If you need silence, not a place to sleep. There was some problem with air-conditioner. At least it was not working for us. ALthought the flat was clean there was a weird smell in the appartmnet other than that all was fine. Thé vue of the appartement. Only walls of other houses. Everything was perfect!!!!!!. Only one small thing was There's a washing machine in the kitchen but no washing powder provided. 1)just be careful to reach apartment staff in working hours as office is far away from Apartment . There should be some indication on letsbookhotel.com site . Took some time to find the location of the office, as it is on a very big square. You need to pay extra if you like your room cleaned and the they set a rigid time and rules about coming to clean. no parking space for our apartment. but the public transportation is ok. No room service for the three days (rubbish tins overflowing) No parking at Repubblica Reception hard to find Suite a little small for two older people. curry smell in the building and the whole room~~check in location is difficult to find and far from the apartment. staff at check in not so good. annoying signs everywhere abut fines if you leave dirty dishes or any smell in the house etc. really not nice. There is no parking. Two receptions. poor facilities, staff wasn't pleasure,strainge requiered to drop out garbage himself. Do notice if it will late arrieving must pay extra 30 Euro. location is far from the main attraction. Very noisy even on the 3rd floor you could here the train under, also noise from the next door apartments. No cleaning service for 4 days and the staff didn't say anything it is not even written during the booking, not even towels changed. When arriving better to ask where your apartment is because all are located away from Republica. dont do any riservtion in this sweet it very bad and letsbookhotel.com should remove it from the list . it is not a hotel it is an apratment with no reception that has no facilities such as house keeping or a reception or nothing its it the worst hotel Iv ever been to in my whole life it by the way it is not hotel and it is not appartmet . Can not check in late. Can not leave luggage left for late pick up. Need to clean your room by yourself. (Ex: if you make any stain in any equiptment, 150 euro minimum penalty/ you need to bring out your own trash when you check out) even you need a help at night or get answer, they do answer your call ( they are working only office hour/even emragency phone no).
