I like a lot of this hotel: the decoration, the food offered, the service, the staff inside the room, the location. Up to now, it's the best hotel I've lived in. Highly recommend. A gorgeous, stylish hotel with a wonderful staff. It's great location in the city made it very easy for us to stroll around the multitude of stores in Milan. Location is great in the shopping area and few steps from the duomo, staff are great, the room is good size and the bed is comfortable.

Restaurant Nobu that is in the same building of the hotel and uses the name Armani The restaurant provides terrible service, bad staff and poor food. Wish I could have stayed longer. Room is not as big as imagined. Some staff are not very friendly. Bed room space is rather smaller than I expected and one of window was not tightly close, so there was outside noise came in. The staff is so-so, not like a five star hotel. Kitchen a bit slow, confusion in the delivery of orders at breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is not what you would expect for such a high end hotel. Would expect a higher quality and service for breakfast. It is complicated to take the elevanter. Nothing. nothing. The laundry is too expensive. The spa is not you are expected to see when you think about sauna and hamman. a little too much Armani perfume in the air. The staff especially one of the receptionist who was very rude and unhelpful. I didn't like the design of the small rooms, very inconvenient. Chuck out at 12. Nothing. staff=0/10. Restocking of mini bar not very good. Breakfast is too bad. No Russian TV. electronic equipment didn't run properly. System of smart home was out of service during all the time I stayed in hotel. Housekeeping not bilingual, bed is too soft, staff don't have the answers right away. I mainly state these because I see Milan as an international city and Armany obviously recognize worldwide. room size, inadequate swing door for the wardrobe. Breakfast takes a lot of time due to omlet cooking Staff in the restaurant (especially at brekfast time) are very sluggish. Only one lift to go out is very uncomfortabel. Second lift to go to the rooms was out of work for 4 days!. room layout.
