MiHotel was clean, friendly, contemporary, and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was delicious in a bright cheery room. Night of arrival, cocktails and snacks were served at the bar in the main libby...nice! Good restaurants nearby. The Staff of Mi Hotel helped us a lot when we found our bag was stolen in the gas station of Milan. Unfortunately Milan did leave a really bad impression to us, but only this hotel, gave us lots of help indeed when we need.

Free drinks Excellent breakfast The night porter who provided us with some bread when we asked him for it in the middle of the night Unique price/quality. The hotel was great , very clean offering a nice stay in Milan including also and free parking. The modern look (e.g., wooden floors, not carpet), cleanliness, affordable price. What we liked most was the attention of the receptionist. And the breakfast :). It was a nice place and good people in control. In general everything is OK and correct. The bar is cosy, the first drink in the happy hour is free. The salads in the restaurant are good. breakfast is good. Nothing. Location... Okay if you are taking a taxi, but public transportation..two lines from the Milan Centrale Station, was cumbersome. room space my shower was not working room 402.maintenance staff worked hard to fix it. The whirlpool was not working The free shuttle service had to be reserved one day in advance and was anyway only working on weekdays. It took us quite a while to get there, but once you know the way it is actually not that far from the center (also without using shuttle bus service). The only thing to complain was the towel rail in the bathroom was so hot that tended to warm up the whole hotel room to high degrees. It was a little bit far from the center by foot. Room is quite a small. Location in city- sketchy neighborhood. Rooms were clean but felt like a budget hotel and not a 4 Star. Also no room service and no access to an iron and ironing board. The standard room is very small. The shower is a complicated platic wall where you never know where the water comes from, and most of the time the water was not warm enough. The cooked food in the restaurant is rather poor. room space is so small. It s far , Internet was not working, shower only hot water, tv was not working.
