I really apreciated that a quiet room was give to me as I requested, actually, it was an upgrade. Good facilities, excellent room with everything new and with good decoration, very clean. Good location. The staff is very nice, and all speak english. The price was also good, compared with others I saw. Thank you very much!. The people was very good with us, very helpful and kind.They did everything so we have a nice time there. The room was also fantastic, clean and with excellent view to the river (as I requested on my booking).

Otherwise, the room was excellent. While I agree that there are shady characters in some of the adjoining streets, if you stick to the Central Station it is not too bad. Breakfast could be a little better, but for this price O.K....No shower curtain; bathroom is flooded after every shower. a bit poor breakfast, but it was not a big problem. They should really give directions from the station. Had trouble finding it. No, everything was excellent, as I said especially the price of 45E for this 3 star hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side (what's the point of going to Milan if you're going to stay in your room, though?), but it is by far copmensated by the excellent location, helpful staff and competitive pricing. The shower tray was very slow in draining so the shower flooded onto the floor.
