We went to Milano by train,hotel is situated nearby central train station and Metro station. At hotel reception we found very helpfull personal ready to help Us with all we asked. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Even after chech-out done,we were permitted to leave our luggage in hotel's deposit free of charge for entire day while we went around to visit a city. When I get to Milabo next time,I know where to stay.
all reviews » 1. Perfect location. Just 3-4 minutes walk from the milano centrale railway station and very easy to find as well. 2. The staff is very friendly and provided us a warm welcome. 3. The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is huge. The reception is very nicely decorated. 4. WiFi is accessible from room and works very well. 5. Beds are comfortable; room has more than one charging points so no trouble for charging gadgets. As tourists from Australia the hotel was close to the station which was important as the walk was only a couple of minutes with roller suitcases. The room was very well heated if you like living at 26 degreees. Overall very clean inside and the breakfast was excellent.A restaurant just around the corner from the one adjoining the hotel was great quality food and relatively cheap for our evening meals. Really liked this hotel a lot. Quite an old fashioned hotel that is very close to Milan Central Station so very suitable for train travelers. The staff were so nice and really helpful and the breakfast lady was lovely making us great coffee every morning. The rooms are basic and clean and the bed was really comfortable. There are a few great restaurants nearby. Wifi was good too. The hotel is located near Milano Centrale which is perfect for travelers catching trains or taking metro train to move around the city. It only took us 3 mins walk from the station to hotel. The room is cozy and spacious. Bathroom is big and clean as well. Breakfast serves good coffee, cheese and bread. A perfect and unscheduled match when the hotel arranged a spacious room for a person with a disability without knowing my hurting of the knee in the trip. Thanks for their thoughtful arrangement. We asked at reception to pull up the metal shutters on the window but it was not done.We had two days with the shutter down. Twin beds Worn carpets and furniture. Room lacked amenities - not even a water cup in the bathroom or tissues. Not comfy. Wouldn't recommend. Needs a complete overhaul. Expensive for what it is. nothing. This was our worst experience with letsbookhotel.com.Really misguided by the rating and reviews.Air conditioning was not working at all.we and many other people complained about it but there was poor response from the gentleman at the reception.When we opened the window there was intolerable noise from the busy road.Couldn`t sleep the whole night.Refrigerator was also not working properly.Breakfast was of poor quality.We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
