This is a decent place for anyone who are with connecting flights from the other Milan airports or would like to catch the trains for some of the other cities.Rooms were quite ok and a good value for the money. Staff was extremely helpful, spoke well English, especially the guys from the day shifts. My friend got her passport stolen and this guys just did everything possible to help, find consulate numbers, allow us to use the phone, in one word extremely helpful.
all reviews » The room and the bathroom were very big, with facilities. The situation is really good only 5 minutes far from Milan Central Station (train) and the buses for the airport, the underground is 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly and helpful, they keep us our luggage in the check-out day so we were able to see the city comfortably before go to the airport. The impression i had before i get in to the hotel was bad, thats because of the existing commands, But i was wrong and Hotel standard was good, room were very clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was not bad, overall value money and i will recommend definitely to another person..... Big clean rooms and bathroom. Nice breacfast,loved the creme croissants and panini. Excellent location, three minutes walk to the central railway station and metro. Friendly staff. The location is very good though it still take us some time to find the right place ( it is just near the Mcdonld). The staff is quite friendly and the breakfast is good. I liked Giovanni, Glenda and Waly, they were very friendly to everyone and tried to make you feel special. the rooms were cleaned every day and they were comfortable. The Manager is very helpfull with good hospitality. The hotel is cosy and the location is great as it's just in front of the central station of Milan. The hotel is very bad hotel, it is very cold and the air conditioning is not working. there are BED BUGS my sister was bitten all over, otherwise looks clean,bad communication with a hotel, rude staff, wouldnt stay there anymore. Wifi cost 5 euros for 24 hourrs per device, but there was nearly no signal in my room and the staff are not doing anything to fix it. Hotel is more like hostel not hotel. Staff are unable to speak english very well. Breakfast wasnt so good. Only juice, breads and cereals. NO free wifi. Room need to be refurbish. Not cheap for 3star. Check in time 2pm is too late. Narrow, widing and long hallway not safe if there is fire. Poor security system, tiny, narrow room for 130 Euro a night on a Saturday, without breadkfast. Is not worth, too expensive, daylight robbery, even in the city. There are better 3 Star hotels nearby, though unavailable during this time. I won't be coming back to this place ever. Very noisy - old tram at night. Very poor service. We waited for tv remote for two days. Check-out time is early (11 am). type of hotel and not furnished floor. whole design, style, breakfast, athmosphere. Never again.Very noisy room! Straszny hałas z ulicy, nie daje się spać.
