The Hotel had an excelent location, literally a 200m walk from Central Station. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The receptionist recommended a great local restuarant and provided us with a map and directions. The room was big and spacious and we requested for a bath which they provided. Would definately come back here again. It is very close to city main attractions, metro and central train station. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

When our room's toliet leaked we got moved to a triple executive room.It was very nice!!. The location was convenient for us even though we should have opted for a nicer neighborhood some tubestations away. Location close to railway station was perfect for me. close to train station. closeness to the Central Railway station and the bus stop where busses to the Malpensa Airport depart from. I booked this hotel as it was supposed to have a bar. It did have a bar however it never opened. It was relatively cheap.Could do with free internet facilities. I expected much wider lifts in a hotel. I couldn't fit my buggy in.Should have requested a non-smoking room; did not even think about that. I had to air the room out when I arrived. there is no shower cartain. In Breakfast almost everything was sweet not much savory food. I was very disappointed when a number of our guests had equipment taken from there rooms (straighteners and iron) whilst we were out , to be told by the reception that it is for health and safety reasons, it would have been far better for them to explain that we were not to use them rather than rifle through our belongings and cause ill feeling whilst we were there, not enough seating at breakfast. Breakfast. Little choice, only allowed one cup of coffee/tea. Not enough space in breakfast room. There was a very strange unpleasant smell in the room. Advertised as having air con but this was not switched on during our stay. Breakfast was meagre. For instance, one day they ran out of croissants by 9 am. There was no chese or cold meats which you would expect from a continental breakfast. Italians are very noisy and as the hotel is situated on a busy street, take your ear plugs.Was too noisy outside and view from the window was to the garbiage. the room was no clear enough.The breakfast was rather sad, only wrapped little things, the staff reluctantly filled up the buffet.Generally unpersonal feeling, the staff could have been more on the smiling side the evening receptionist was very nice though. Room and hotel was quite outdated, hotel personnel was too eager to advertise their own restaurant. staff sucks. Despite I indicated a non-smoking room as my preference I was placed to a room smelled like an ash-tray. And there was an ash-tray in the room so this room was definetely for smoking people. The staff could have been more attentive to the clients' wishes posted during online reservation.The breakfast was not good. The head waitress at breakfast was like an angry school teacher, barking orders in Italian even though I couldn't understand them; extremely rude. Most of the hotel staff spoke virtually no English. The air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted in the room. It could be turned off by calling front desk, but not turned back on!. the carpets were old and worn, the bed tiny, the paint on the walls worn and marked, the water in the washbasin smelt of petrol - altogether a very poor experience.
