The bathroom was very small to what I am used to too.Internet was not working. Breakfast is rather poor, with biscuits in plastic packing. Normally from a 4star hotel you would expect a better choice on the breakfast. The room given to me was rather small.The room prices were expensive. the underground passes near the hotel and from 7 am till 1 pm (!) you feel the trembling when a train passes.when I got there I got the smallest room I've ever seen - about the size of their (generous) elevator. fortunately they were nice and agreed to change it for a bigger one, but it was still quite small. The only complaint I had was that the TV didn't have any English channels and when I reported nothing happened and I had to ask again for it to be changed. This meant that I had another night without Tv as I do not speak Italian. The other complain was that the safe battery was low so I was not able to use it. I also thought that the rate was high considering the size of the room I was given.The staff was not very friendly and the room had an aqward smell coming from the bathroom. Staff do not seem to know what they are doing and do not make any excuses for it. Car parking info is wrong! If you find a space on the street close to hotel, keep it(!) and make sure you buy enough one-hour parking vouchers from nearby news-stand. During the night parking is free.Air Conditioning, Staff could have been better, Some were excellent, others requiring training in customer service. From a room at this hotel was stolen jewels. The hotel did not have nothing helped, they said to contact the police. I traveled to different countries. This is the first hotel where theft is thriving.

Please note that the access to the spa and wellness centre is available at a surcharge of EUR 9 per person. Slippers, a towel and a scrub sponge are included in this cost.
