  We liked everything about the Hotel Pendini. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Florence, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor was fabulous, it was really spacious with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. Our room was a new 2 room family suite also designed to accommodate disabled persons and located on the second floor. Unfortunately it did not have a view of the square but the rooms facilities and comfortable size made up for this. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.

During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both!
