In most cases when I've asked a hotel for a double bed when we've arrived we got a different room; this is the first hotel in a long time where we had the double bed we asked for! The location is fantastic and you can hardly hear the noise on the street. The hotel is really new, everything is new and clean, the location is awesome , you can walk everywhere, the staff is friendly and they did a few pretty good recomendations for restaurants and places to go. Great staff (recommended really nice restaurants), great location (2 min ponte vecchio, 1 min piazza della Signoria, 5 min Duomo, 10 min train station, food and museums al around). Confy and quite room. The hotel is in an excellent location, couldn't be better! The rooms have been recently renovated to a very high standard and is excellent value for money. The location is key with this hotel!.
