  Large comfortable bedroom with good bathroom. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very clean and very quiet. Easy from airport and worth doing before going on to Venezia propper. - It was a really nice and clean hotel. The best we've gotten for our money.

  My husband and I have returned from 3 day break, wonderful, perfect location, rooms, small but lovely (especially if overlooking lagoon), away from tourist area, but still amazing, great to get to as vaparetto stop right outside. The owner, Mr. Matteo was very helpful and kind with us, in fact the whole personnel. Good location, good and various breakfast very clean and quiet. The air condition was efficient despite the very hot weather. This hotel is a perfect sample of the local flavour.
