  We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

Kitchen area was well stocked with equipment and the gardens were well maintained - Excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The manager, Gianna, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. We had a wonderful stay.

  We really loved this hotel. Our room was enormous, with a very nice bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was the best that we had, with eggs, ham, lots of different fruit, cereal, yogurt, cappucino. Breakfast was good, and coffee in our room the cheapest in Florence! We stayed in a lovely room with a painted ceiling and balcony, and had clean bedding and towels every day. We loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to any one else.
