This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. Though missed the brea - What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

  Very close to all attractions even though it is stated in a quite street which is a plus for a good night sleep. Clean room, friendly stuff and It is 10 minutes of walk from the main train station.   Excellent value for money and close enough to centre to walk; 15/20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Parking can be a problem but after the first night we were given a space in the hotel garage round the corner. Best if you have a small car. Our room 414 was spacious enough for 3 nights with a balcony and a very modern bathroom.... what people say » All very clean. Free Wi-fi which always worked really well. Also found 3 very good reasonably priced local restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Breakfa - It was very nice and confortable, the rooms were modern and had every facility, breakfat was really good. They rent bikes so you can visit the city faster! But anyway, its just a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo, which I think is the main attraction, the hotel is close to a supermarket and different shops, cafes and restaurants, I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is pretty kind and helped me with everything i needed.Totally recommended!

  First of all, the location couldn't be better. It is located about 2 blocks south of the Duomo, and 2 blocks north of Ponte Vecchio bridge and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. There are city buses, and unbelieveably one of them comes right down the narrow street with a stop right in front of the B&B, so coming from the train statio... what people say » n with suitcases was no problem (1.5 euro bus ticket). The staff was excellent, and helpful in suggesting sights not to miss and how to get to them - Bruno showed us the most wonderful hospitality, we had a fantastic stay with him in Florence! He helped us book a lovely restaurant and was endlessly helpful with where to go and what to see in his home town. The B&B is his home and is run with warmth & love. The rooms are clean, comfortable & simple. There are tea and coffee facilities available at all times and a little mini bar for your use. Location is wonderful, right in the heart, near the Duomo but not at all noisy. Recommen
