mannager of hotel, clean room , good breakfast, peceful place, garage , kind staff, a lot of information. The staff were nice and very helpful. The location was very close to transportation and everything else as well. The room was big, and the bathroom was kept quite clean. They never once interrupted me to do cleaning; they always made sure to do it while I was out. The breakfast was good and free! The hotel was decorated very nice too with antiques and prints of famous Italian artworks on the walls.

- Unfortunately, parking is an issue in the centre of Florence, but the hotel has agreed rates with a garage in Via del Giglio, only 100 metres away.

By Train:
- Leave S.Maria Novella Station, turn left and go towards the shopping centre.
- Via Panzani begins after the end of the subway. The hotel is located at number 19.

By Plane:
