Central location - friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious and the host was very friendly and helpful.I am recommending this hotel as we got it at a good price for Florence. The BandB is on the first floor of a building site (as 25/9/2008). It meant we had to carry our luggage up 10-15 steps in a dusty corridor and then take a lift for the remaining. It would not suit anyone with walking/carrying difficulties.
